Connections Saudi: A first look
Next month, the world of travel will gather in Riyadh for Connections Saudi, in partnership with the Saudi Tourism Authority. This landmark edition marks a new chapter for both Connections and the Kingdom’s rapidly growing tourism landscape.
Hosted at the InterContinental Riyadh, the event will welcome over 650 senior travel decision-makers to experience Saudi Arabia’s rich heritage, modern ambition and spirit of hospitality.
Our setting: InterContinental Riyadh
Set within 100 acres of landscaped gardens in the heart of the city, the InterContinental Riyadh will be the home of Connections Saudi. It’s where attendees will take part in one-to-one meetings, networking sessions and shared experiences that capture the Connections Way, creating genuine relationships that go beyond business. Combining contemporary comfort with touches of Saudi warmth, the hotel provides an ideal space for collaboration and connection.
An evening in Diriyah
The first evening begins with a cultural buyer dinner in Diriyah, the birthplace of the Kingdom and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Surrounded by the mud-brick architecture of At-Turaif, delegates will experience an evening that celebrates Saudi hospitality through food, music and culture. It will be a setting that reflects the soul of the country: authentic, welcoming and unforgettable.
Discovering Qiddiya City
Attendees will also enjoy exclusive access to Qiddiya City, one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious giga-projects. Still under development and not yet open to the public, Qiddiya is being built as the Kingdom’s future capital of entertainment, sports and culture. The visit will include a behind-the-scenes look at the Six Flags Qiddiya site, where attendees will have the unique opportunity to experience some of the park’s rides before it opens to the world — a rare preview of how this visionary destination is shaping the future of Saudi tourism.
